S3700 Printer Label Library (YB) (Rev 435)

These Printer Label Library (YB) files, when loaded onto the S3700, allow the machine to optimize performance with current materials as well as for any new materials that might get added for the unit.

Note: To check the version of Label Library files

1. Press the Menu button at the top of the screen
2. Press the Info button, and look for the Label Library version number

Instructions to Upgrade Printer Label Library (YB) files via USB drive

1. Download and unzip the files and put them onto the root of a USB drive.
2. Insert USB drive into the printer.
3. Press the Menu button at the top of the screen.
4. Press the Import button.
5. Select the Printer Label Library tab.
6. Select the .json file from the External USB list, then press Import

Instructions to Upgrade Printer Label Library (YB) files via Brady Workstaton

1. Using a USB cord, connect the printer to a computer that has Brady Workstation installed. The computer must be connected to the internet
2. Run the Brady Workstation software and open the Printers tool, which indicates when upgrades are available.
