At Brady India, we want to provide our customers with a single contact for all of their services needs, from perspective of Technical, Application, R&D Support, and Integration support for solutions. We also recognise the need for Follow up services for Brady printers and accessories in order to get the Best Performance and optimum output.

We have fully trained and experienced Brady Engineers based in Bangalore to offer Telephonic/email support. We also offer limited On Site support. We are in the process of setting up and training Distributors across India, to support installation, on-site printer repairs and Spares for many of Brady products. If you are interested in becoming a distributor for Brady products or need service support for any of the Brady products,


Brady India offers AMC for Brady printers and applicators in-use in the Indian Market. This Contract includes -

  • Preventive Visits - 2 per year [Overhaul, Adjustment, Maintenance]
  • Breakdown / Planned Visits - 4 per year [Setup and Repairs/Training]
