Continuous Improvement

At Brady, we work with the motto "There is nothing that cannot be improved". The continuous improvement team, adapting its culture from "Lean", has a core objective to understand customer needs and optimize processes that fulfill those needs. COE's focus on the key Kaizen tool - Value Stream Mapping is to identify and remove non-value added activities from a process. This is a continuous journey to bring improvements and consistently reduce waste by changing the way of thinking.
